High-tempo skills training with small groups, maximum reps, and individual coaching.
AHS Wednesday Small Groups are designed for players looking to continue developing throughout the season. Sessions focus on skating, puck skills, decision-making, hockey IQ, and executing skills at game speed.
With groups limited to 15 players, every session is built around high repetitions, individual attention, and keeping players moving.
