We take a holistic approach to player development through our four pillars: On-Ice, Off-Ice, Mental, and Nutrition. Each pillar plays a key role in helping players reach their full potential both on and off the ice.
On-Ice: We focus on developing OFFENSIVE, DEFENSIVE, and GOALIE skills in a fun and motivating environment. Players work on edge work, stride improvement, puck handling, passing, shooting, and game-specific strategies to ensure they’re well-rounded and prepared for any situation.
Off-Ice: Off-ice training includes strength and conditioning exercises to improve overall fitness, agility, and endurance, all crucial for a player’s performance on the ice.
Nutrition: Proper nutrition is key to performance and recovery. We educate players on fueling their bodies with the right foods to improve energy, strength, and overall health.
Mental: We emphasize the mental side of the game by teaching focus, resilience, and confidence-building techniques. Players learn how to stay calm under pressure, think critically during games, and maintain a positive mindset.
Our youth training, for players Squirts (8yo) and up, covers all aspects of being a complete hockey player. With decades of experience, our coaches are committed to helping your child grow and succeed at every level of their hockey journey.
